Damaged or Lost Items
We insure all packages. However, once shipped, purchases are the responsibility of the shipping carriers. Please contact the carrier directly for any claims regarding damaged or lost items.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We do our best to make sure that our customers are completely satisfied with their jewelry. We will accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase with a receipt for store credit only, no refunds. Store credit will expire one year from the date of the exchange.

We guarantee the quality and strength of all jewelry. We will repair jewelry made in store within 30 days of the purchase. Please contact us about any piece that needs repair as soon as possible. If you need to send us a piece, you will be responsible for the shipping cost.

We are not responsible for damage that occurs to jewelry as a result of natural wear and tear, accidents, or overuse. Though many stones and metals are hearty materials, they are not indestructible and should be treated as such.

We are not responsible for lost jewelry.
Custom orders and personalized items are final sale and will not be accepted for return or exchange.
